Keenan E.

Keenan is the Office Administrator for [solidcore]. In his role, Keenan provides essential support across various aspects of the business at HQ, and owns day-to-day operations. Prior to joining the [solidcore] team, Keenan moved to the DMV from Miami, FL in September 2025 to continue his fitness career as a SoulCycle Instructor. In 2019, he began teaching indoor cycling classes in Tallahassee, FL, transitioned to CycleBar Miami in 2020, and then to SoulCycle at the end of 2022. Before pivoting into the fitness industry, Keenan was a K-12 Music Educator and Orchestra Conductor for six years focusing on orchestral studies, music theory, and music production. In addition, he was a pit musician for both musical theater and opera productions.

When Keenan isn’t getting stronger under the blue lights, you can find him teaching indoor cycling classes, exploring museums and parks, trying new restaurants, attending performing arts events, hanging out with friends around town, and taking road trips to theme parks. As a classically trained violinist, Keenan also likes to practice and perform with his violin when he can.
