Katie Frazier is a seasoned retail operations executive with two decades of experience building, scaling, and transforming consumer-facing businesses. As Chief Operating Officer, Katie brings a rare blend of field-level expertise and strategic leadership that has shaped some of the most recognized brands in retail.

Katie spent over 14 years at Ulta Beauty, where she played an instrumental role in the company's explosive growth from a regional player to a national powerhouse of more than 1,300 stores. Rising through roles from General Manager to Senior Director of Store Operations and New Store Development, she developed deep expertise in multi-unit operations, new store openings, and business development, building the operational infrastructure that supported one of retail's most celebrated growth stories.

Following her tenure at Ulta, Katie brought that same scaling mindset to Cresco Labs, where as VP of Retail Store Development she helped build out the company's retail footprint in the emerging cannabis industry.

Beyond her day-to-day leadership, Katie is deeply committed to giving back. She has served on the board of Mutual Ground and currently sits on the national board of Step Up, an organization dedicated to mentorship for girls and young women. When she's not building great teams and operations, you can find Katie spending time with her family or investing in her health and wellbeing through meditation and mindfulness practices.
