I grew up in Wilmington, NC and went to college at Wake Forest where I studied biology and was on the dance team. I moved to Durham after college and this has quickly become home. I love finding ways to push myself physically and mentally especially when it comes to fitness and [solidcore] does just that. I love coaching peolpe to become the best and strongest versions of themselves.
