From running half marathons to cheerleading in college, fitness has always been a huge part of life so becoming a coach was a natural fit! When coaching, I’ll always bring the energy, the motivation, and occasionally some bad jokes. Outside of [solidcore] I’m a helicopter dog mom, a marathoner, an avid reader, a Disney adult, and a TV binger.
