Pennsylvania born and raised, little girl Geena always dreamed of moving to NYC. After five years in Pittsburgh studying exercise science, it was time to make the jump! For a long time I thought I was going to be a teacher, until I found my love for health and fitness – now I get the best of both worlds! [solidcore] has helped me physically and mentally and I cannot wait to help others in the same way.
