About me:

Born and raised in LA, I grew up doing ballet and discovered the world of group fitness when I was in college at USC. I’m an outgoing chatterbox, so putting on the microphone and coaching classes felt like a natural next step for me! As soon as I took my first [solidcore] class, I knew I wanted to be part of what makes this workout so empowering and the community so supportive!
