Sounds cliche, but I really did find myself through fitness. Confidence, consistency, accountability + failure are all things I had to re-define/shape for myself along the way. It's my mission to help others find their main character energy, too. I'm Philly raised > did undergrad in NY > miss 'rona brought me to the west coast. Aside from [solidcore], I work on the legal team at Revlon and plan to attend law school here in LA!
