Cassie is a Manager of Product & Continuing Education for [solidcore]. She is responsible for executing continued education trainings and workshops for our coaching fleet. This includes creating and refining educational resources to strengthen coaches' skills and their understanding of the science behind our workout

Cassie joined [solidcore] in 2020 as a part-time coach after taking just 2 classes, before stepping into the Lead HCCM role at Madison, WI, for the following 5 years. The community and science of [solidcore] drive Cassie’s work and excitement to develop our coaches and our workout. Outside of [solidcore], you can find her dancing with Li Chiao-Ping Dance, walking her dog Alfie, and cycling throughout WI.
