By day, I’m the Intimate Partner Violence Prevention Court Liaison advocating and championing survivors of domestic violence. By night, I’m a dog mama of 4 and Bible study baddie worshipping at church. My classes are powered by a mix of 2000’s R&B, hip-hop classics, reggaeton, and vibes that make you want to sing and shake more than just small twitch muscle fibers! I’m a firm believer that prioritizing mental, spiritual, and physical health is not only crucial for strength & growth…but totally hot.
