I was born an east coast gal but moved out west in 2019! i have an exercise science degree & have always been passionate about all things health & fitness related. sharing that with others as a [solidcore] coach is even better. i’ve also started a denver social tennis club @milehightennisclub come rally with us!! i have a chocolate lab named cooper and we love boppin’ around finding new places to explore.
