About me:

I was born and raised in Virginia (Go Hokies!) and slowly made my way up North. After graduating with a Dietetics and Exercise degree, I found myself as a loyal [solidcore] client for over 5 years.

I believe finding “me” time every day is extremely important but on the weekends you can usually find me walking the scenic route for coffee, dancing under a disco ball, or trying all of the new things from Trader Joe’s. So excited to be a part of the [team] and be a support and friend to all of our clients!
