About me:

I’m a Army brat and moved around a lot. My dad was stationed in Kansas and that’s where I grew up.

Manhattan, KS aka the little Apple. I moved to Northern VA with my husband and have two amazing kids! I am a busy mama but always try to make time for my workouts.

I’ve done different types of workouts but nothing gave me a spark like [solidcoore]. I left my first class thinking what just happened.

Of course, I was hooked after that and then became a coach. I hope that when you attend class you get that same spark and know how strong you really are!
