About me:

I am originally from Canada, but my family moved to Minnesota when I was young. I played soccer at Shattuck St.

Marys before continuing on to play Division 1 soccer at UNC Wilmington. After finishing playing soccer, I wanted a change in workouts which is when I found [solidcore] and fell in love.

My training style is all about energy, max effort, and a banging playlist.
