Hi, I’m Abs! I love to travel, try new things, and push myself out of my comfort zone! My love of fitness comes from my mom who taught me to use fitness as a way to gain mental strength and clarity. After being a client of [solidcore] in Charlotte for a year, I took the leap of faith to move to DC and become a coach! I can’t wait to help clients build a [stronger] and more [confident] version of themselves!
