To submit a membership modification request, please complete the following process below. All changes must be submitted through our ticketing portal.
Membership Upgrade/Downgrade
To submit a ticket, open the chat in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and let us know whether you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership. You should then receive the ticket form.
Membership Freeze
To submit a ticket, open the chat in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and let us know you would like to freeze your membership. You should then receive the ticket form.
You may request one 14 consecutive-day complimentary freeze once per calendar year.
If you are a student requesting a holiday freeze or you require a longer freeze for medical reasons/injury, please include these details in the “additional information” section of the ticket.
Please note that you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting an extended freeze outside our standard policies.
Membership Cancellation
To submit a ticket, open the chat in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and let us know you would like to cancel your membership. You should then receive the ticket form.
Your membership cancellation request must be submitted with 30 days notice from your next billing cycle.
Please note that you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting to terminate your membership outside our standard policies. If your membership has a commitment, you may be subject to an early cancellation fee.
