Membership Upgrade/Downgrade

Membership Freeze

Submit your request to freeze here. 

You may request one 14 consecutive day complimentary freeze once per calendar year. A member of our team will be in touch within 3 days with next steps. Please be on the lookout for an email from memberships@solidcore.co.

If you are a student requesting a paid holiday freeze or you require a longer freeze for medical reasons/injury, please include these details in the “additional information” section of the form.

Please note that you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting an extended freeze outside our standard policies.

 

Membership Cancellation

Submit your cancellation request here.

Your membership cancellation request must be submitted with 30 days notice from your next billing cycle. Our Client Experience team will follow-up within 3 days to finalize your membership cancellation. Please be on the lookout for an email from memberships@solidcore.co.

Please note that you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting to terminate your membership outside our standard policies. If your membership has a commitment, you may be subject to an early cancellation fee.
