Rahul drives strategy and analytics at [solidcore], focusing on pricing, growth, and smarter decision-making across the business. He joined the team to combine his love of fitness, data, and building things that help people push their limits.

Rahul brings 8+ years of experience in strategy and growth — most recently at McKinsey, where he focused on healthcare, and earlier as the founder of ICO, an award-winning global startup. He holds an MBA from Stanford and an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).Outside of work, Rahul is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, and is usually either running (or talking about running!). He aims to complete all seven World Marathon Majors and swears his homemade low-cal, protein ice cream is the real performance secret (although no one has confirmed this).
