With a background in commercial real estate and years of experience as a paralegal specializing in contracts and compliance, Ashley brings a sharp eye for detail and a strong operational mindset to [solidcore].

I first discovered [solidcore] while out on a run, passing the H Street studio and deciding to drop in for a class.I’ve been hooked ever since—and finally understood what obliques were for. Drawn to [solidcore]’s mission of building the strongest version of yourself—not just physically but all around—joining the team felt like a natural next step.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys quick 24-hour trips, finding great cafés because what’s life without coffee, and cheering her teenage son along at his sporting events. Ashley is also passionate about community service, regularly working to expose underprivileged youth to real estate as a way to inspire and empower the next generation.
