About me:

I moved to Charlotte from Michigan and found [Solidcore] as a place to give back and help others achieve their fitness goals. Aside from pilates, I am very involved in long distance running and find myself taking on many challenging races (including a 100-mile Ultra Marathon). Outside of the studio, you can find me at any concert, football, FC or basketball game working security and ensuring that everyone is having an amazing time.
