I moved to Seattle in April 2023 after spending the last five years in the NYC fitness scene. Music and movement are my passion and [Solidcore] allows us to experience that to it’s fullest potential. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me walking my dog, Sprout, with a cold brew in hand. Let’s giggle, let’s sweat, let’s build a stronger you, together.
