About me:

I am originally from Chicago, Illinois and moved to DC a shortly after law school to experience a new city; my move was a “social experiment” but has become so much more. After years of weight training and lifting with my personal trainer, (which I still engage in 2-3 times a week), I decided to take [solidcore] seriously and become a coach, as well as take classes consistently throughout the week. As your coach, you can expect a fire playlist and a lot of [shakes].
