About me: I grew up in Richmond, Virginia and attended the College of Charleston for undergrad. Then spent a month on my sister’s couch in Tribeca (thanks, Annie), and decided to moved to New York and work in Insurance. Random, I know. Fitness has always been a part of my daily routine and lifestyle, so it was only fitting that I tried probably every workout studio in the city within my first year here. Obviously, [solidcore] stuck out and it was an immediate obsession immediately after experiencing the shakes for the first time. I was a client for about a year before becoming a coach, along side my sister, Annie Mauck, and couldn’t think of a better way to spend my time. Music in class is extremely important to me, so you’ll always experience an extremely curated playlist from me!
