After moving from Ohio to New York City and then up to Connecticut, I felt a little lost. Solidcore 3 years ago became my community as client and then even more so as a coach. Although I am now a Registered Dietitian by day, Solidcore is the place I show up to be with others, share my love of movement, and empower others to be STRONG inside and outside of the studio.
