About me:

Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised a city girl, the South has wrapped its arms around me since coming here to attend Spelman College! As a former cheerleader who lost touch with fitness for years, I found my home at [solidcore] and never looked back. As I continue to discover myself through my own fitness journey, I am excited to encourage and help others do the same. (p.s if you love Beyonce and Megan Thee Stallion, you’ll LOVE my class)
