About me:

I took my first [Solidcore] class on a complete whim and have been obsessed ever since. There’s nothing better than being in a studio surrounded by people who are all rooting for each other. I’ve coached in DC and NYC and the energy is always amazing. Music is a big motivator for me so I take my playlists veryyyyy seriously- whether you’re with me bright and early for a 5am or at a late night class, I’ll be cheering you on and the energy is always going to be high!
