Our classes now offer a more structured approach, ensuring a perfect core and cardio balance for all fitness levels. These changes reflect our commitment to providing high-quality core pilates and strength-training classes that cater to everyone’s fitness needs.
Each class is crafted to focus on different aspects of fitness, from core-focused HIIT sessions to full-body strength exercises, ensuring a comprehensive workout experience. Classes titles at [solidcore] now follow the following formula:
