Coaches are responsible for motivating and supporting clients to create the strongest version of themselves using our challenging, small group strength-training method. Candidates who are selected for our Coach Training program go through comprehensive and rigorous training to internalize the [solidcore] method and service standards. Coaches are responsible for delivering a safe and challenging class experience for each client while maintaining positive, high energy in the studio, providing exceptional customer service and fostering community amongst clients. We look for individuals with a passion for fitness who are genuine, professional and respectful, personable, and who can empower and inspire others. Passion for fitness, strong multitasking and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to receive and implement feedback are required. Coaches are required to be available for a minimum of 4-6 classes a week and report directly to their Studio Manager.Interested in becoming a Coach?
The Studio Manager is responsible for every facet of the operation of their Studio including coach development, facility management, client relations, and sales performance. They set the standard of excellence amongst their coaches and clients and they act as the primary driver in creating the best possible in-Studio experience every day. In addition, the Studio Manager controls and manages the retail program, the overall cleanliness and operation of the studio, the connections amongst clients, and the vibrancy of the community as a whole. This role has a high degree of autonomy within the support system provided by the corporate infrastructure. The Studio Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Client and Studio Experience.
